New Castle is offering a free glass to residents of the following states: AL, AR, AZ, CA, CT, HI, KY, ME, MN, MO, NC, OH, OR, PA, SD, UT or WV. Just fill out this form and mail it in. That's it. If you live in Texas, you can get it too but you have to pay $2.
